This is an original Klaxon horn that has been converted to look like a Klaxon 11.  It is the same size and shape as a Klaxon 11 and is not a cheap modern reproduction.  The main visible difference is the type of electrical terminals.  It is a less expensive option for someone who wants an original looking horn on their bike, but isn't going to have it judged.
